Our client, a real estate brokerage, was looking for a new strategy to recruit agents to their business. A growing brand, they had a goal of adding 50 new associates before the end of the year to their team as they expanded beyond their existing service area with three office additions.

We helped them set up a stronger strategy for both getting in front of and staying in front of their target market that included lead gen freebies, targeted social media, direct associate outreach, a text campaign, a Google ad campaign and a retargeting approach on Facebook, all driving towards bringing the right agents to join their brokerage.

By closely monitoring and managing all components of the program and tweaking our approach as necessary, we found sweet success in supporting their face-to-face efforts: not only did they surpass their goal, they almost doubled it, with nearly 100 new agents joining their brokerage in 2018!
