To build long-term growth, we partner with some of our clients in a Fractional CMO capacity. For this long-term client, we’ve created consistency in their marketing that has supported extensive growth over 5+ years, to the point where we have had to decrease implementation speed to slow down lead gen.
The problem: Our client, a six-attorney firm in Minnesota, was looking for an outsourced CMO to drive visibility and client growth by maximizing their existing network. They did not have team capacity to handle marketing internally, but did have space for their attorneys to take on more work.
Our solution: We developed a 12-month marketing program to revamp their external-facing brand while setting a foundational marketing strategy to build brand recognition in the surrounding areas. Throughout our 5+ year relationship, we’ve adjusted that plan as needed to accommodate updated tactics, changing workloads and more.
The results: The firm has seen sustained annual growth in search optimization traffic, as well as increased direct referral outreach and more automated lead nurturing. Combined, this has caused enough growth to create a client overflow that has actually resulted in us scaling down some of the digital marketing to reduce the number of leads coming through their doors.
